2025年6月20日、横浜みなとみらいの施設にて、弊社45期納会『シゲキBBQ』が開催されました。
『シゲキBBQ』とは1年の業務を終えて互いの労をねぎらい、来期以降のさらなるサービス向上および社員のモチベーションアップに繋げることを目的に開催されている社内イベントです。
普段「はたらく人に はたらくよろこびを」を胸にお客様と向き合っている私たち自身が、そのよろこびを実感することができる貴重な機会にもなっています。
当日は1年間の締めくくりにふさわしい、笑顔にあふれた時間となりました。そんなひとときの様子を、写真とともにお届けいたします。
On June 20, 2025, we held our 45th fiscal year-end event, the Shigeki BBQ, at a venue in Minatomirai, Yokohama.
This internal event celebrates our employees’ hard work over the past year while boosting motivation for continued service improvement in the year ahead.
It’s also a valuable chance for us, who work each day under our slogan of “Bringing the Joy of Work to Working People,” to experience that joy firsthand.
The day was filled with smiles and laughter, making it a fitting close to FY2024. Here are some highlights from the event, captured in photos.

後半戦では席替えを行い、チーム対抗のミニゲームを実施しました！チームごとに戦略・アイデアの違いが見られ、会場に笑いや驚きの声が飛び交いました。
