セミナー概要
2025年9月4日（木）AP大阪淀屋橋、9月8日（月）如水会館にて開催されました『みどり会テーマ別研究会』に、弊社相山が登壇いたしました。
本研究会は、株式会社みどり会が主催する異業種交流型のセミナーで、毎回異なるテーマに沿って各社関連部署の方々が集まるイベントです。
今回は、東西いずれも「社内報のトレンドと実践のポイント」をテーマにみどり会会員企業の広報担当者様にご参加いただきました。
On September 4, 2025, at AP Osaka Yodoyabashi, and on September 8, 2025, at Josuikaikan, our own Aiyama took the stage at the Midorikai Themed Research Seminar.
This seminar, hosted by The Midorikai co., Ltd., is a cross-industry networking event where participants from various companies gather around specific themes.
For this edition, PR representatives from Midorikai member companies joined to discuss “Trends and Practical Points in Internal Company News,” the theme of both sessions.
講演内容
本講座は、相山の講義と参加者全員が参加するワークショプが交互に実施され、インターナルコミュニケーションについて多角的に学ぶ内容になっております。
相山の講座では、「昨今の社内報のトレンド」をテーマに、インターナルコミュニケーションの役割や実践のポイントについて解説。情報プラットフォームとなる社内報は企業の意志を発信する役割を持つ重要なツールであると述べ、運用におけるさまざまな手法や考え方を紹介いたしました。
一方、ワークショップでは参加者同士が日々の悩みについて相談し合ったり、自社の社内報の現状と照らし合わせながら施策のアイデア出しを行うなど、活発な議論が展開されました。
The event alternated between Aiyama’s lectures and workshops, offering a multifaceted approach to learning about internal communication.
In his lectures, Aiyama focused on “Recent Trends in Internal Company News,” explaining the role of internal communication and key points for practical implementation. He emphasized that internal company news is a crucial tool for conveying a company’s intentions and introduced various methods and approaches for its effective management.
In the workshops, participants engaged in active discussions, sharing daily challenges and brainstorming initiatives in light of their own companies’ internal news situations.

様々な企業の広報ご担当者様にお越しいただいた本研究会。
講演後、参加者からは「今後の社内報制作に活かせるポイントを学べる良い機会だった」といった声が寄せられました。
今後も、産業編集センターは様々なセミナーの開催、登壇を予定しております。
10月2日には、LumApps株式会社主催のイベント「Bright Japan2025」に登壇予定となっており、社内ポータルの事例について講演いたします。

The seminar welcomed PR representatives from a variety of companies. Participants commented that it was “a valuable opportunity to learn lessons that can be applied to future internal company news production.”
Looking ahead, Sangyo Henshu Center plans to continue hosting and presenting at various seminars. On October 2, we are scheduled to speak at Bright Japan 2025, an event organized by LumApps Inc., where we will give a lecture on examples of internal company portals. We look forward to your participation.
