9月5日（金）宣伝会議セミナールームにて開催されました、株式会社宣伝会議主催『広報会議サミット』に、弊社相山が登壇いたしました。
On September 5, our own Aiyama took the stage at the PR Meeting Summit, hosted by Sendenkaigi Co., Ltd.
講演
本講座では、弊社の制作事例を交えながら、エンゲージメント向上とインターナルコミュニケーションの関係性について解説いたしました。
当日は、企業エンゲージメントを軸に企業価値の向上や従業員の一体感の醸成を支援するインターナルコミュニケーションの事例を紹介。加えて、弊社での事例を基に、より多くの社員に施策を届けるためのポイントをご説明いたしました。
講演後には、参加者の方々から「情報伝達の難しさに共感するとともに、社員の関心を高めるための具体的な方法が学べる有益な講座だった」といった感想をいただきました。
In his lecture, Aiyama used examples from our own work to explain the relationship between engagement and internal communication. He shared case studies demonstrating how internal communication can enhance corporate value and foster cohesion, while highlighting key points for delivering initiatives effectively to a large number of employees. Participants later commented that it was “a valuable session that addressed the challenges of information delivery while providing practical ways to boost employee engagement.”
