日頃の仕事の成果をシェアし、讃えあう
2025年９月、東京本社にて、「シゲキアワードグランプリ」が開催されました。
このイベントは、産業編集センターが行う社内表彰制度のひとつ。「はたらく人に はたらくよろこびを」という弊社の考え方を実践した社員の仕事を讃え表彰するとともに、社内に広く学びを共有し、私たち全員の仕事のレベルも上げていくことを目的としています。
弊社では、常時、百社以上のクライアント様の案件の制作に携わっています。数多くのお客様のインターナルコミュニケーション施策に伴走する中では、常に新しい知見やノウハウが生まれています。そうした事例に関わった社員を労うとともに、そこから得た学びを、携わった社員の生の声を交えて共有し、お客様へのさらなる提案に生かしていく——そんな循環を生み出していきたいと考えているのです。
こうした考えから、2023年のスタートから3度目の開催となる今回は、より多くの社員が当事者として参加できるイベントを目指し、企画段階からさまざまな工夫を取り入れました。
In September 2025, we held the Shigeki Award Grand Prix at our Tokyo headquarters.
This event is one of Sangyo Henshu Center’s internal awards programs, recognizing employees whose work exemplifies our philosophy, “Bringing the joy of work to working people,” while also sharing lessons across the company to raise the overall level of our work.
Working on projects for over a hundred clients, our teams continually gain new insights from supporting various internal communication initiatives. The award celebrates these contributions and shares the lessons learned, helping us deliver even better proposals to our clients.
With this in mind, the third edition of the event, since its launch in 2023, aimed to engage even more employees by incorporating various innovations from the planning stage onward.
あらゆる社員を巻き込むイベント設計
今回のイベントでは、オリジナルキャラクターをあしらったノベルティグッズの配布や告知ポスターの社内掲示を実施。「お祭り感」を醸成することで、全社一体となってイベントを盛り上げました。
Before the event, we distributed novelty goods featuring original characters and posted announcement posters throughout the company. The festive atmosphere helped energize everyone and bring the company together for the event.

エントリー案件を紹介するポスターには、個性豊かなメンバーの姿がずらり！
また、今回は「見て、触れて、讃えあう」企画として、エントリー案件の成果物をシェアする展示会を行いました。当日は完成したツールやソリューションはもちろん、企画書やカンプ（仕上がり見本）といった「完成への道のり」も紹介。日々の業務への実践的なヒントを求め、業務の合間を縫って熱心に閲覧する社員たちの姿が見られました。
展示会場では、各案件の制作の裏側に迫ったテレビ番組風の動画も上映。担当メンバーたちがプロジェクトに込めた想いやプロセスといった生の声をシェアすることで、お互いの仕事への理解がより深まりました。
As part of the “See, Touch, and Celebrate” concept, we also held an exhibition showcasing the entries. On the day, we displayed not only completed tools and solutions but also the “journey to completion,” including planning documents and mock-ups. Employees eagerly explored the exhibits between tasks, seeking practical tips for their own work.
We also screened videos in the style of a TV program, highlighting the behind-the-scenes process of each project. By sharing the thoughts and processes of the team members involved, employees gained a deeper understanding of each other’s work.
ぎっしりと並ぶ展示物。同じ会社内でも、自分が担当していない案件のツールを実際に手に取って見ることができる機会はとても貴重です。
当日流した4本の動画は、すべて社内で制作。遊び心たっぷりの仕上がりに、社員たちも大盛り上がりでした。
展示会に来場した社員たちからは、印象に残った案件への手書きのメッセージカードを回収しました。メッセージカードはイベント後に一冊の本として各案件の担当メンバーへと届けられ、自身が参加するプロジェクトへ寄せられた数々の温かい言葉に喜びの声があがりました。
Handwritten message cards were collected from attendees, highlighting the projects that left the strongest impression. After the event, the cards were compiled into a booklet and delivered to the teams responsible for each project, who expressed delight at the many heartfelt messages about their contributions.
イベントの最後には、壁がメッセージカードでいっぱいに。

白熱のプレゼン大会を経て見事「はたらくよろこび賞」に輝いた案件には記念の表彰パネルが授与され、集まった多くの仲間から祝福の拍手が送られました。
After a heated presentation competition, the project that won the “Joy of Work Award” was presented with a commemorative panel and received warm applause from the many colleagues in attendance.
「はたらくよろこび」への、より一層の貢献を目指して
イベントの締めくくりには歓談タイムも。ノベルティのサイダーを手に、日々の頑張りをねぎらい合う、和やかなひとときとなりました。
The event concluded with a social gathering. With a novelty cider in hand, employees took a moment to relax and appreciate each other’s daily efforts in a friendly, celebratory atmosphere.
社員一同、このイベントを通して私たち自身の「はたらくよろこび」を再確認するとともに、この思いを胸に、お客様によりいっそうの「はたらくよろこび」をご提供すべく、決意を新たにしました。
