2025年12月19日、社員一同が集まり、2025年の締めくくりとなる忘年会を開催しました。
当日は、おいしい食事、1年の思い出を写真で振り返るスライドショー、社員DJによる音楽も相まって、すっかり打ち解けた雰囲気。社員たちが自分で考えたプログラムも用意され、普段なかなか話す機会のないメンバーとも交流が生まれる、笑顔と笑い声あふれるひとときとなりました！
 

On December 19, 2025, all SHC employees gathered at the company’s year-end party.
Alongside a delicious array of food, the event showcased a slideshow filled with pictures highlighting moments from throughout 2025, and music from our in-house DJ helped create a relaxed atmosphere. A program was also provided by a few creative members to spark conversations between different circles, leading to a night bursting with smiles and laughter!

最初の企画は、「借り人競争」。ランダムで選ばれた参加者が、会場内の社員から「服にポケットが一番多い人は？」「今日に一番誕生日が近い人は？」といったお題に合う人を探し出すゲームです。豪華景品をかけた白熱した戦いに、会場は大盛り上がり！条件に合う人を見つけるためには社員同士の会話が欠かせず、会場のあちこちで活発なコミュニケーションが生まれていました。

The first activity was a Human Scavenger Hunt. It is a game where randomly selected participants search for people who best match the criteria specified, such as “Who has the most pockets?” and “Whose birthday is closest to today?” The air was filled with excitement as participants gave their all to win prizes. An eagerness to be a part of this activity could be heard from the conversations sparked across the room, with each new meeting bringing participants one step closer to finding “the one.”

小休憩を挟んだ後は、各チームのリーダーからメンバーへのサプライズメッセージです。

スライドショーにまとめられたリーダーからのねぎらいの言葉と熱いメッセージは、来年に向けた意欲を高める機会に。会の最後には、昨年に引き続き社員バンドによる演奏が披露され、迫力あるサウンドに会場全体が一体感に包まれました！

After a short intermission, a slideshow began showing surprise messages prepared by our team leaders. Warm words of appreciation and support were directed to all team members, boosting motivation for the upcoming year. To close the event, the in-house band returned for another performance, wrapping the venue in a powerful sense of unity.

多くの方々のご支援とご協力により、2025年を充実した一年として終えることができました。心より感謝申し上げます。
