概要
2025年12月8日（月）、LIFORK原宿にて「インコミラボvol.03 今年のインコミを語ろう。」を開催いたしました。弊社が主催する本イベントは、社内広報ご担当者の皆様にお集まりいただき、インターナルコミュニケーションについて語り合うイベントとなっております。今回は、昨年と同様「今年のインコミを語ろう。」をテーマに、今年1年の総まとめを行いました。
On December 8, 2025, SHC hosted Internal Communication Lab Vol. 03 at LIFORK Harajuku, bringing together professionals responsible for internal communications to exchange views and discuss the field. As in the previous year, the theme was “Let’s Talk About This Year’s Internal Communication,” serving as a year-end review of internal communication efforts.
イベント内容
約50名の皆様にお越しいただいた本イベントは、3部構成で実施。
第1部では、弊社が今年実施したインコミアンケートの結果と共に、「エンゲージメント」や「紙、Web併用」をポイントにインターナルコミュニケーションについて解説いたしました。
続いて第2部では、ご担当者様に現在の広報体制や施策ついて発表いただき、普段は知ることのできない他社の広報事情に驚きの声が上がる場面もありました。
締めくくりとなる第3部では、担当者交流会を開催。社内広報というクローズドな業界だからこそ、活発な情報交換が行われ会場は大いに盛り上がりました。
With approximately 50 participants, the event was divided into three parts.
In Part 1, we presented the results of this year’s internal communication survey, focusing on employee engagement and the combined use of print and web media.
In Part 2, participants shared their current PR structures and initiatives, offering rare insights into how other organizations approach internal communications.
The final part was a networking session, where the closed nature of the internal communications field fostered particularly active and lively discussions.
まとめ
年内最後のイベントとなったインコミラボvol.03 。多くの方にご来場いただいたおかげで、大盛況のうちに終了いたしました。
来年以降も、弊社ではインコミに関するイベントを開催する予定です。
