12月11日(水)、株式会社産業編集センター主催のもと、「インコミラボ vol.01 今年のインコミを語ろう。」をTOKYO TORCH 常盤橋タワー MY Shokudo Hall & Kitchen で開催しました。

今回のセミナーで掲げたテーマは「今年のインコミを語ろう。」。今ホットなキーワードに触れながら、お集まりいただいた総勢46名の広報担当者の方々と議論や意見交換を交わし、今年のインターナルコミュニケーションについて振り返る3時間となりました。

On December 11, 2024, our company hosted Internal Communication Lab Vol. 1: Let’s Talk About Internal Communication in 2024 at MY Shokudo Hall & Kitchen in TOKYO TORCH Tokiwabashi Tower.

Over the course of three hours, we looked back on this year’s internal communication landscape, engaging in lively discussions and exchanging ideas with 46 public relations professionals, using trending keywords as starting points.

第1部では、弊社相山、石原が登壇し、エンゲージメントやWeb社内報、効果測定といった旬の話題に触れながら、今年のインターナルコミュニケーションの傾向を読み解いていきました。

２名のカジュアルなトークを中心に和やかな雰囲気で進みます。話題に出たトピックを実践事例として、会場にお集まりいただいた方々からも実際の取り組みや工夫についてお話しいただきました。取り上げたトピックは、参加者の皆さんからも多くの共感を呼び、随所で納得の相槌が見られ、取り組み事例を紹介した方へはたくさんの称賛の拍手が贈られました。

In the first session, our Aiyama and Ishihara explored 2024’s internal communication trends, touching on topics like employee engagement, online internal newsletters, and performance measurement.

Their relaxed discussion set a friendly tone, encouraging participants to share real-world initiatives and creative approaches. The topics clearly resonated, prompting nods of agreement and warm applause for those who introduced their efforts.

第2部では、弊社相山、藤本がモデレーターとなって、会場の方々に今年の活動の中で起きた出来事を「喜怒哀楽」４つの感情で表現していただきつつ、それぞれのエピソードを披露していただきました。

感情に基づいたエピソードトークとあって、どの話も非常にリアル。担当者ならではの苦労や喜び、その思いの丈を共有いただきました。良い面も悪い面も赤裸々に語られることで、決して順風満帆ではない、しかしそれに負けない喜びや魅力があることを参加者同士で確認する貴重な機会となりました。

In the second session, Aiyama and Fujimoto moderated a discussion where participants shared episodes from this year’s internal communication activities, expressing a wide range of emotions.

Grounded in real feeling, each story felt authentic and relatable. Participants openly shared the unique struggles and joys of their roles. By honestly addressing both ups and downs, they created a valuable space to acknowledge that while the path isn’t always smooth, it’s filled with rewarding and meaningful moments.

今回のセミナーの締めくくりとなる第3部では、ご参加いただいた担当者の方々同士でコミュニケーションをとっていただく交流会を実施しました。

つい2時間前に集まったばかりとは思えないほど、参加者の方々には活発に交流をしていただき、それぞれの活動について意見を交えたり、相談し合ったりする姿が見られました。交流会のお時間は1時間用意しておりましたが、その間、会場の熱が冷めることはありませんでした。

The final session was a networking event where participants could connect and exchange ideas.

Despite having met just two hours earlier, attendees actively engaged in conversation, sharing insights, discussing their initiatives, and seeking advice from one another. The energy in the room stayed high throughout the hour-long session.

ご参加いただいた皆様のご協力のおかげで、今年の振り返りから来年度の展望まで、幅広い情報をご提供することができた3時間となりました。

また、同じような志を持つ担当者が集まることで、来る年に向けてのエネルギーも補充することができました。
